At Oliver Goldsmith, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury eyewear. If your frames are not a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Eyewear

  Carefully place the frames in their original protective case and box, ensuring all branded packaging and authenticity cards are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once received and inspected at our studio, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
